Food safety¶
- Temp logs are kept on Form 363 — see manager.
- If something looks/smells off, don't serve it. Tell a manager.
Injuries¶
If anyone is injured on a shift, tell a manager immediately. For anything worse than a small cut or burn, call Billy and get medical attention.
Hazards¶
Spills get cleaned immediately. Wet-floor signs are in the utility closet.
